Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and hotpk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of all services, products, games, and features available through the hotpk website and any associated mobile interface.

hotpk is an online gaming and sports betting platform specifically designed for the Pakistani market. The Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and responsible gaming environment for all registered players. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the hotpk website, services, games, betting markets, and all associated digital products operated under the hotpk brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the hotpk registration process.
• "Player Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a Player's hotpk Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using funds from their Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by hotpk subject to specific wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposits made by the Player from their own financial accounts via supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by hotpk's own determination.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active hotpk Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of hotpk, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hotpk or had an Account closed for violations of these Terms;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

hotpk reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account on hotpk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. hotpk employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account creation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document;
• A valid personal email address to which you have sole access;
• Your date of birth, accurately reflecting that you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number in your own name;
• Payment method details registered in your own name (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. hotpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify hotpk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

hotpk reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. This is a discretionary right exercised in line with the Platform's risk management and compliance obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hotpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and hotpk reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.
• Deposit funds are typically reflected in the Player's Account balance within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• hotpk reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players must submit requested documentation promptly.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before any portion of Bonus-derived winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days. hotpk does not control processing times on the receiving institution's side.
• hotpk reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on hotpk is subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are displayed within each product section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game or market concerned.

• Wagers are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for checking all wager details before confirming.
• hotpk reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical fault, or placed in circumstances that constitute abuse of the Platform.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at hotpk's discretion, particularly during key moments in a sporting event such as a wicket, review, or injury stoppage.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game rounds. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• In the event of a disputed result or data provider error, hotpk's determination of the correct outcome shall be final, subject to any formal dispute process set out in Section 12.
• Cricket markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled based on official tournament or match results as declared by the relevant governing body.

hotpk's random number generation (RNG) systems for casino and slot products are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within each game's information panel.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hotpk may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and any game-type exclusions. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Real Money First: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, Real Money Funds in a Player's Account are wagered before Bonus Funds.
• Abuse: hotpk reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming

hotpk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, and the Platform provides tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming behaviour. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time directly within their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed session time at selected intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and cannot be reactivated before the selected period expires. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team within 24 hours of request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications display the Player's net wagering position for the current session.

The 21+ age restriction is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. hotpk will not knowingly permit underage persons to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using their credentials must notify hotpk support immediately and take steps to secure their Account.

Players who believe their gambling is causing distress, financial difficulty, or harm to themselves or others are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek support from qualified external responsible gaming services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotpk platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process;
• Opening multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) under any name or identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes;
• Placing wagers on behalf of third parties or syndicates in a manner designed to circumvent account-level restrictions;
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically intended to abuse promotional offers;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

hotpk reserves the right to void wagers, withhold funds, close Accounts, and report matters to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified. The exercise of these rights does not preclude hotpk from pursuing additional legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hotpk Platform — including but not limited to the hotpk brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, software, game interfaces, betting market layouts, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of hotpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or technology;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use hotpk's brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotpk's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hotpk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from delays or interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond hotpk's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes;
• Any technical failure of a Player's device, browser, or internet connection during a game round or betting transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits hotpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hotpk.

11. Suspension & Termination

hotpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed against a hotpk transaction by a Player;
• Regulatory or licensing requirements obligating hotpk to restrict or close the Account;
• Player-requested self-exclusion in accordance with Section 7.

Upon Account closure for cause, hotpk reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, hotpk may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting hotpk support. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hotpk holds its operating licence. hotpk operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence, the details of which are available upon request to the support team.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, account transaction, or any other Platform matter, Players should in the first instance contact the hotpk support team via live chat. hotpk commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by hotpk's licensing authority. hotpk's support team will provide the relevant escalation contact details upon request.

13. Amendments

hotpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The date of the most recent revision of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current obligations and rights.
